A flyover is also known as an overpass that is built over an existing road or a railway in such a manner that it crosses another road or railway.

Karachi city in Pakistan has the most number of flyovers in the country. Lahore in Punjab Province is second, Multan third and Hyderabad in Sindh is the fourth in rank of most numbers of flyovers in a city in Pakistan (Islamabad/Rawalpindi combined ranks 3rd in the list).
