How important is health to you?
It is essential thing in our lives if we are healthy we can function normally in our society can get what we want.
Why is it so important?
It is more important than anything else,without it we wont be happy and wealthy in terms of it.
What do you do for your health?
I do exercise and eat balanced diet with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and play sports and do take proper sleep.
is it easy to keep fit,having healthy food?
To be honestit is not easy,fast foods are always tempting.
Benefits of being healthy?
We have better mood,improved memory and better night sleep
How often do you exercise?
I daily exercise.it makes me active.
Where do you exercise?
i prefer to exercise at home I don’t have much time at morning to go any gym.
Do you have exercise machine?
Not yet.
What time do you exercise?
Usually at morning .

What do you eat to keep yourself healthy?
i eat fruits and vegetables and meat and must take milk and lot of water and grains as well.
do you eat junk or fast food?
I eat once in a blue moon.and small amount.
Do you think one should get examined by doctor once in a year?
Yes,annual medical checkup is necessary to avoid chronic diseases as cancer.it mostly diagnoses at last stage because people don’t get examined regularly.
Role of govt in promoting health?
It plays a major role .it should educate the people about health and guide them about having healthy life style.
What are the things which one must avoid?
We must care for our own health.don’t smoke,don’t let others to smoke,don’t eat junk and fast food and processed food it contains chemicals.don’t give up exercise.
